Nowadays, computer is an essential device for our daily life. The invention of computer is significant because it changes people’s lives, and it is also useful in business. According to Wikipedia, the first electronic digital computer was developed in the mid-20th century, and it was huge sized and power consuming (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Computer, 21th March 21, 2012). In addition, the first computer only had limited functions. Then, with the development of technology, computers change a lot. They become smaller and faster. Moreover, there are different kinds of computers, such as desktop computers and laptops. Also, the software and hardware have a huge development. Because there are different needs for customers, the producers allow people to customize their own computers. In the past, the computer is very expensive, and not everyone can afford it. However, now, lots of people have computer and depend on it.
